18th of January was the last day for me in REAL Kids Plus. What did I resign? I told them that I wanna further studies in Masters and it was really an honest alasan but, I didn't get the application yet but I still wanna resign.
The place was okay, the teachers are okay and even the kids are okay. But, the cliche not okay one is the management. Firstly, no rest time for us teachers. I mean we have to be with the children all the time. No exact time to take a break. We teachers have to kelam-kabut buying our lunch and have it in the class (eyes are still on children). Secondly, we teachers do not have AL because when it is school holidays, we no need to work but we have attend courses. The courses only will be informed last minute. I had a problem with it because I cannot go for vacays because I have to on standby for courses. Thirdly, teachers have to do admin and marketing work too. Well, if there's a booth in whatever fair, they only pay RM30 for six hours. Not RM30 per hour. Sigh.
I will definitely gonna miss the place, especially the children.
Anything that came across my mind. But basically, it's all about me!
