Good Weekend

Happy belated Hari Malaysia! Can I wish like that? If it is too late to wish a happy birthday to somebody, we happy belated birthday, but, if I am too late to wish Hari Malaysia, can I use the 'belated' word? #soalanserius

While the whole Malaysians enjoyed their threedays-weekend, to me, it is just like any other weekends because our weekend are on Sunday and Monday. My weekends were pack with fun with friends I must say.

On Saturday night, I planned to go to Dip & Dip after Hariz showed a review about it on the net. So, the place is located in Bangsar. So, as most people know, Bangsar is the busiest place ever because they have lots and lots of dining places, cafes, restaurants, fashion houses and bars. It was raining and no parking ever! I lost count how many times we go round and round to look for a parking spot. I gave up. We had dinner at Mahbub (I did make fun of the name. Hahaha) and had naan and tandoori chicken. Then, we went to Mid Valley to watch a movie but, most of the movies are shown after midnight and we have to wait for about 2 hours before the movie started so, we left. A very frustrated night I must say.

The next morning, we went to Plaza Alam Sentral because to give support to one of my INTEC ADFP student in silat competition. Heck, I didn't know she's very active in silat! Thanks to God, her group is the 3rd group to perform (fyi, 15 minutes per-group. you can vomit blood of boredom). She was performing solo and I can see she has girl power! Very proud of her. I didn't know who won because the event was super damn long. After seeing her performing, Hariz, Faisal and I went for lunch at Noodle Station. I ate like a monster. I finished my noodle and the banana split. Usually I can't even finish my meal. We had a catch-up of what we're doing since Faisal left us. Huhu.

Then after that, I should go lepak with Miss Eda but her car couldn't start, so, I helped to jump-start her car (felt like a hero, haha) and teman her to go to her mechanic's workshop. Luckily she has a mechanic. Can you imagine your car broke down on Sunday?  Usually workshops are close on weekends and public holidays. She and I had a little catch-up in the car as I have to rush to go home and have to siap-siap to go to a wedding for the night. Miss Eda was a garang lecturer to us in the class but very sporting now. She said "korang dah besar, dah mature and I see you guys as my friends that's why I rapat dengan you guys". It is good to be friend with your own teacher because a teacher will always teach regardless of time and topics.

That night, my parents and I went to a sitting-down wedding ceremony of our neighbour's. I do not fancy wedding topics now, so please don't talk about weddings to me.

On Monday, I went for a picnic with APU Degree scholars. We went to Chamang in Bentong by cars. It was 17 of us and I can't feel the awesomeness of swimming in the waterfall because I felt uncomfortable. Why can't us girls get a notification from Mother Nature saying that "You're not pregnant this month" intead of having period and PMS? Sucks for me though. They were so cool. They marinated 2 whole chickens  for bbq and I cooked spaghetti bolognaise for them. I think I can cook better than that. I didn't know why I lost the vibes of cooking spaghetti -__-' but they said it was nice anyway. We had fun to chit-chat and to get to know each other more. The saying of 'the students will not respect you if you go lepak with them' cannot be used because they are cool. At least, before our contract ended with Yayasan, there's something I can remember of.

P/s : Miss, kenapa tengok phone lepas tu senyum-senyum?
