Le steps....
3 cups of water, sugar and cold rice and a packet of Mauri-pan. Then blend altogether.

Meanwhile, put a little oil in the red containers so that the apam won't stick to the container. After one hour, the mixture would look like that. Bubbly-bubbly like crazy. And then, put some food colouring, in this case, rose syrup to make it pink.
And then, put the mixture into the red containers, and place them in a steamer, and steam for 20 minutes, and..... Voila.. It's DONE..! **Can put salted grated coconut if desired.
